Tonight's dinner is Meaty Lasagna ~ while prepping the lasagna early this morning I decided to make 3 pans. This goes along with next month's meal plan of themes. One night a week will be Freezer Night. To accomplish this I just need at least 4 meals made ahead of time and in the freezer ready to be baked.

After completing my lasagnas early this morning I decided to take advantage of quiet time this afternoon and make 2 pans of
Simply Sour Cream Enchiladas this is a new recipe for us. But I am sure it will be a favorite. Creamy cheesy enchiladas are loved by all - right? :)
